Sum Rules for Partial-Wave Amplitudes

The superconvergence relations for pion-nucleon partial-wave amplitudes are obtained. The study of singularities on unphysical cuts enables us to obtain the width and position of a resonance. The (33)-resonance is discussed as an example.
