Considerations given in the previous paper I are extended and applied to the masses of the predicted 0^+-nonet and others. Some remarks are made concerning two currently fashionable trends, namely the adoption of squared mass relations for bosons and the tendency to regard the lowest mass levels of the hadrons as completely typical of their general characteristics.
