CP-violation in various decay processes of η and K^0 is investigated phenomenologically under the assumption that C-violating and P-conserving interaction H_F satisfies the ΔI=2 selection rule and is of order α. The results are found to be consistent with the Dalitz plot of the decay η→π^0π^+π^- observed by Franzini et al. and the ratio Γ(η→π^0π^0π^0)/Γ(η→π^0π^+π^-), without ΔI=3 C-conserving interaction. The decay η→3π is further assumed to be dominated by the C-violating ηπρ coupling with ΔI=2, which leads to C-violation in the other η decays: η→π^0e^+e^- and η→ππγ. The magnitude of CP-violation in weak K^0 decays: K_L→πlν, K_L→ππ (I=2) and K_L→π^0π^+π^- are roughly estimated by a method of a Cabibbo transformation of the C-violating effective ηπ^0 current which belongs to a 10-10^* representation of the SU(3) group. With the aid of the experimental values of Franzini et al., these calculated results on η and K^0 are shown to be consistent with a recent experiment.
