A droplet model proposed by Chou and Yang is further studied on the basis of the Glauber theory. For the purpose of deriving constant absorption in droplet (hadron) scat-tering at high-energy limit, we propose an independent fermion-antifermion pair model within a c-number theory. A constituent particle of a hadron in the Chou-Yang picture is identified with the pair called "dion". Under the assumption that the pair is in a spin singlet and S-wave state and that a fundamental potential is a current × current with chiral symmetry, it is shown that the pair behaves like a dipole and hadron-hadron scattering amplitude becomes imaginary constant in a high-energy limit. Scatterings among baryon, antibaryon and meson are derived in a unified way with a few parameters which characterize the inner structure of hadron.
