Necessary and useful formulas for a systematics of all hadrons in the ur-citon scheme, where all the non-exotic mesons and baryons are treated unifiedly as multi-local fields, are collected, some of which have been partly given in our previous works. These multi-local fields, which are generally tensors in U^^~(12)×O(3, 1) space and reduce to tensors in SU(6)×O(3) space in the rest frame, are expanded explicitly into "Fierz component local fields" with irreducible SU(3)×SU(2) properties in U^^~(12) space. As for the level scheme it is shown that the completely same one as in the usual quark model is reproduced by imposing new subsidiary conditions from "multi-particle pictures"; and present situations for the validity of universal slope of L(inner orbital momentum)-(mass)^2 plot are presented, which is a necessary result of our scheme. Bilinear forms of multi-local fields are also explicitly expressed in terms of the local fields and the results are tabulated, which may be useful for our future applications. As a general result of these tables we discuss F/D ratios of the Yukawa vertices between general octet baryons.
