The violation of the |ΔI|=1/2 rule in K→3π decays is discussed on the assumption that the weak-interaction Hamiltonian has the pure |ΔI|=1/2 property and that the violation of the |ΔI|=1/2 rule is caused by the electromagnetic interaction. The assumptions of chiral SU_3×SU_3 algebra, P. C. A. C. and soft pion approximation are also used. The results are in good agreement with experiments.
