The phenomenological SU_L(2)xotimeSU_R(2) invariant Lagrangian, proposed by Kawarabayashi and Kitakado,) in which ρ and A_1 obey nonlinear chiral transformation rules is extended to chiral U_L(3)xotimeU_R(3) Moreover, SU(3) symmetry breaking is introduced into this Lagrangian. Then the mass of K_A meson is predicted. As the chiral partner of K^* meson, the K_A(1320) is more desirable than the K_A(1230) The symmetry breaking effects of f_υ and VΦΦ coupling constants also are calculated. The decay parameters of K_<l3>^+ decay are estimated to be ξ=f_-(0)/f_+(0)=-0.29±0.01,λ_+=0.024±0.001 and λ_-=0.024.
