Within a three-layer model proposed by the author, the adsorbed ^3He is shown to admit a ground state ( V_2 phase) which is the same as that of a 2-d Heisenberg antiferromagnet on a triangular lattice. The V_2 phase is found to be possible only at high coverages. Its phase diagram is obtained and its Neel temperature and critical field are found to be 0.37 mK and 20.1 G respectively. In the V_2 phase, the system has a uniaxial anisotropy and NMR signals have positive frequency shifts at low fields (4.52 kHz at zero applied field) in the case of the vertical applied field. The results are compared with the experiments by Friedman et al.
