A Landau type energy for random site model, which is composed of random mixture of the two kinds of magnetic atoms A and B with m-component spins, is derived in the mean field approximation on the basis of replica method. When the exchange interactions J_<jk> are taken as J_<AA> for neighboring two A atoms, J_<AB> for meighboring A and B atoms and J_<BB> for neighboring two B atoms, it is shown that the spin-glass transition can occur for certain combination of these three interaction parameters and for suitable concentration of two magnetic atoms. The phase diagram and the specific heat with a weak singularity at spin-glass transition temperature are obtained for some illustrative examples. An analytic solution of the free energy is also given in the Appendix fot the vanishing limit of replica number n.
