• We derive and discuss the modified finite energy sum rule, which is applicable to general amplitudes including the Veneziano-type amplitude. New structures of dual amplitude for πN charge exchange process are also discussed. From these structures and the modified FESR we get α_0=0.43±0.12 for the intercept of the ρ-trajectory.
