As an aproach to many-body problems, a stochastic model is proposed for a system of electrons with dynamical interactions. Our model is an array of atoms, the resonance energies or the excitation energies of which randomly vary in time as independent stochastic processes due to interactions between electrons, or couplings of the electronic states with the lattice vibrations, or some other collision processes. Excitation spectra are studied in our model. The model is reduced in the static limit to the one previously studied by Onodera and Toyozawa.
