• In the last issue of No.9〜l July 1997,1 discussed the necessity of "Awakening of Self Help and Self Reliance in the individual life and in society" toward the emerging new era of Social Welfare. In this connection I would like to continue the paper under the same caption as of the last in veiw of "The Importance of Self Help and Self Reliance" in one's way of life for both the Young and the Aged, particularly in children's education. The writer hopes the paper will be read in continuation to the former one which appeared in last issue.
