By photosynthesis, plant fixes carbon dioxide, and our food is produced. And it also produces many useful substances. After describing the present conditions of plant biotechnology, author's results of research were described. There are many research referred to as applying such plant biotechnology. I have been advanced applied research for saffron, loquat and astragallus plant. Callus induction, cultivation, useful ingredient extraction, and transgenics of those plants. And similarly there are cultivation of those plants, useful ingredient extraction, etc. After acquiring some results, author described the view of future plant biotechnology.
