Following the Philosophy and Practice of Japanese-style Management: Sakuraba Takeshi and Nisshin Bohseki Company after the Wara, printed in no.2 and 3(1996-97) of this publication, this paper deals with post-emerged and became-another type (the second type) of Japanese-style management type, guided by industrial bureucrats sine 1960s. Following the end of the U.S. military Occupation in 1952, the Liberal Democratic Party quickly became in power, combining with the MITI and MOF buraucrats. For quick cathing-up industrialised countries, they implemented guideing market policy, promoting to produce the second-type of led-by management philosophy since the latter half of 1950s. The idea overwhelmed the first-type. Shigeru Sabashi, Director of Corporation Bureau, MITI led war and won. This second type of management had been well known as the socalled Japanese-style Management System.
