In this article, I had referred to secretarial work related with exective manager's human network activity. In the theorical process, According to Mintzberg, he views the manager's work as a series of roles assumed throughout the process of achieving organizational geoals. In presenting his argument, he identifies three major categori es of roles : 1) interpersonal roles, 2) informational roles, and 3) decisional roles, and Each has a series of subcategories : 1) (1) function as a figurehead. (2) function as leaders, (3) function as liaison : 2) (1) function as monitor, (2) function as disseminator, (3) function as spokesperson. 3) (1) function as an entrepreneur, (2) function as disturbance handler, (3) function as resource alloctors, (4) function as a negotiator. Each subcategories has a series of functions. Thus, through the manager make effectively use of these functions, the manager could build a series of networks. That is, is to build network on the interpersonal relations, informational network and network on decision making. On the other hand, both the manager and secretary make interaction. They works hard, build relationships, and negotiate with numerous people in the process of acquiring success for their self-organization. By means of pair work between the manager and the secretary,they build a human network. Therefore, I think that it is important for the management to promote and develop human network activity.
