In this article, I referred to some subjects about behavioral science of management organizaton. and These subjects are based on three viewpoints : behavioral science, system thinking and social psychology. While studying both charactercstics of behavioral science and significance of a system theory, 0n the other side. I seeked to significance of personal oriented approach which is based on the system thinking-a viewpoint of "understanding organization for understanding person". So then why do I put on the emphasis these categories? I focused my major field of interest on that behavioral science of management. In the process of studying above mentioned problem, what sort of categories will be able to set to subjects on the management organizational behavior? Therefore, the subjects about organizational behavior of management especially focused on human behavior and psychological aspect. Furthermore, organizational behavior of management try to study on the relationship between human being itself and organization. In this case, Behavioral science of management originated in nature of behavioral science on natural science, and It is important for behavioral science of management to apply the the nature of behavioral science on natural science. Therefore, Being on the basic theory, The probloms of organization and person which was based on the system thinking, necessarily, Both aspect of human being "behavior" and "psychological" aspect will be "key concepts". In other word, It may be that some categories on the management organizational behavior originates in psychology as an applied science (practical science). That is ; I think the categories as be seeked to subject of social psychology in the behavior science. Modern times, The categories in a study on management organizational behavior springs from extent subjects in social psychology, moreover influenced by the development of social psychology. Why? Becaurse, briefly speaking, social psychology essentially aims to study (investigation) the interaction of "organization (group) and person". 0ne hand "organization" itself is analyzed by sociological functions. On the other hand, "person" itself is based on psychological functions aspect. Therefore, generally speaking, Being on the basic theory, significance of social psychology, The purpus of its' learning is to integrate an essence of sociological approach and psychological approach. In this sense, Social psychology have an applied aspect, and yet, The comprehensive concepts are used by the social psychology. Consequently, as behavioral science of management organization apply a systematized knowledge and a practical knowledge (ex. common terminology and concept) of social psychology in behavioral science, The functions of social psychology have a tendency to offer approach for solving the problems facing person "organization and person". oreover, under this view, It is worth while to use a system theory in the behavioral science. Finally, I want to emphasize that significance of system theory must have a logic. It is a proposition to study about "understanding wholeness for understanding part". In other word, That is to say "understanding organization for understanding person". So then, I think that it is a very important for the management organizational theory to develop a way of behavioral science in management organization which should be oriented. In conculusion, I feel confident that "the human science in which a human being is described in his entirety as a whole" have to be developed and oriented. So to say, This is a main theme in this article.
