• Recently, Internet is rapidly becoming widespread and anyone can access Internet easily. Web browser is an indispensable tool to collect necessary information in Internet and students are good at the operation of Web browser. In light of these situations, In this article, I propose the self-study system for cost accounting using Web browser. Students can solve cost accounting exercises at their convenience on the self-study system proposed here. Teachers in university or college are able to save time to collecting and scoring assignments using this system. Furthermore, it is possible to check students' understanding of the lecture using this system. As the self-study system proposed in this article does not require any special hardware and software, we can introduce and run this system at low cost. The structure of the system is so simple that users of this system can extend and modify the system without much effort.
