• When one opens a home page, there are basic rules to be kept in mind. The lack of the recognition of these rules can lead to the abuse of the freedom of expression. One should consider both the merit and the risk, and take one's own responsibility when opening a home page. Again, in using others' information, one should keep in mind the principle of "informed consent."
