This research evaluates a survey conducted following a practice I-2 study as part of practical training in Basic Nursing, which is challenged to introduce in three new methods, in order to see if the it was effective as part of promoting students' self-learning ability and raising of the fundamental posture, attitude as a nurse. The finding have clearly shown as follows : 1. the student was doing practice with thinking with his head. 2. it was practiced with broad view without have an eye deprived only one patient. 3. students could notice teamwork, cooperation with others. Therefore, it was shown by the above that it was effective as a part of self-learning ability of the nursing student and raising of the fundamental posture, attitude as a nurse.
