We have considerded the cause for the irrationality that the voltage gains are greater than unity at zero frequency, that is, the summary is follows : An existing RC nonuniform line is reflectional at low frequency, parameter g is the function of variables x and ω. And we have expressed the relational between line constants in the past and those of new method. Furthermore we made actually RC uniform line, tried to calculate its line constants by using the experimented results.
