In this paper, the author explained principally on the fundametal principle of the nonuniform transmission line at the stationary state. Accordingly, the ordinary distributed constant circuit becomes to the special case. There have been a great number of papers on the nonuniform transmission line probrems for the past forty years. For the purpose of the practical application on the Waveguides, i.e., the tapered matching section, distributed constant filers, broad band transmission, the basic principle is now inquiring. But, the starting point of these reports has an important mistake, therefore the solutions are obtained in series form or are expressed in terms of Bessel functions and the exact solution has not been obtained for the general nonuniform transmission line. The author modified the basic differential equations and attained to the simple general results in which he adopted a new notations of image parameters. All of the items in the ordinary distributed constant circuit has been explored generally by the new stand point in which the theory of the image division is the principal conception. It can be applied to the solution of the distributed coupled circuit and extended to the multiterminal image network and the multiterminal, nonuniformly, distributed coupled circuit. To conform the theory, a simple experiment has been tried.
