The author has already reported the general solution of the nonuniform transmission lines in which a concept of image division was assumed. It has been misunderstood, however, that the line which is capable of image division may be the special case and must not be the general line. In this paper, the explanation is revised that the image division parameters is first defined and the relations to the nonuniform line constants is found. The concept upon which the general solution is based is the image division parameters. To make the illustrations more effective, a familiar example is taken and compared with the usual solutions. Consequently, the author is obliged to improve the representation of the Maxwell's fundamental equations of the nonuniform electromagnetic field.
