Biological effects of electromagnetic wave radiation is an area increasing interest. It is useful to know the absorption characteristics of the electromagnetic wave for human body. In this paper, we have analyzed the absorption characteristics of human body models irradiated by an electromagnetic plane wave in the frequency range of 0.1-2.45 GHz by using the point matching method (PMM). The specific absorption rate (SAR) distributions are shown in figures for parameters such as a frequency and an incident angle. From these results, it is seen that SAR distributions are different for these parameters.
