The supersymmetric standard model is reviewed. We construct the supersymmetric Lagrangian based on the superfield formalism. Supersymmetrization of the standard model is one of the possibilities to avoid some difficulties which occur when it is extended to the grand unified theories (GUTs). We present the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model (MSSM) which is thought to be phenomenologically acceptable. As an application of this model, we study B^0-B^^^-^0 mixing within MSSM in the last part of this paper.
