We study effects on CP violation in the B^0-B^0 mixing within the framework of the minimal supersymmetric standard model (MSSM). It has konwn that the MSSM contains several complex parameters, but just only two complex phases remain as physically meaningful ones. We investigate their effects on CP violation in the B^0-B^^^-^0 mixing under the assumption that supersymmetric contributions to the B^0-B^^^-^0 mixing only affect the dispersive part. Our results show that, even if SUSY phases are of the order of unity, it is diffcult to expect that the CP violation is enhanced by the SUSY effect.
