On a basis of an assumption about growing pattern of a roton caused by the energy growth of surrounding heat bath, an expression of the specific heat of liquid helium II is derived by using the density matrix of a roton system. As a result the values of the specific heat calculated by the expression are evaluated to be in more good agreement with the experimental values than the ones given by conventional theories. Furthermore the boson number density of rotating liquid helium II with the roton effective mass m^*=m^* (T), which is dependent on the temperature T (K), affected by the gravity is discussed in detail to estimate the shifts of the specific heat from the static state not concerned any gravitational pressure.
