Anomalous diffusion coefficient is evaluated by using renormalized perturbation theory for the turbulent collision. Two cases are investigated for light impurity ions, one in the plateau regime the other in the banana regime. Time evolution of wave spectrum is solved numerically and then the saturated values of the diffusion coefficients are determined, by taking the density gradient of the impurity in the same direction as that of the bulk plasma. Even with small concentration of the impurity the diffusion coefficient takes smaller value for both regime cases.
