Heat flux is evaluated in the case of shifted Maxwellian velocity distribution function with cold and hot electrons. The heat flux associated with the cold electron temperature gradient ∇_XT_C tends to flow in the direction of increasing T_C. This flux inversion is enhanced due to the shifting velocities of the cold and hot electrons. Even for a small shifting velocity as mv^2_H/2T_H=0.3(v_H and T_H are the shifting velocity and the temperature of the hot electrons), value of the heat flux becomes more than twice as large as the value without the shifting velocities.
