A theoretical investigation is made of the radiation from a point charge e gyrating in a plane perpendicular to a magnetic field. The velocity v of the charge is assumed to be non-relativistic but much larger than the thermal velocity v_T, ln v/(v_T) >> 1. Under the conditions |ε_1| >> (sv_T/v)^<4/3S-2>, ε_3 >> (v_T/sv)^2 and ω^2_o < ω^2_r=(sω_H)^2 < ω^2_o+ω^2_H, the intensity of the s-th harmonic is enhanced and given by 2e^2ω^2_r/(πS_v)√<|ε_1ε_3|> ln v/(v_T) Here ω_o and ω_H are the plasma frequency and the electron cyclotron frequency, respectively, s is a positive integer larger than unity and ε_1=1-ω^2_o/(ω^2_r-ω^2_H), ε_3=1-ω^2_o/ω^2_r. A harmonic structure appears when ω_H or ω_o is changed.
