We investigate the anomalous Hall effect in Co<inf>2</inf>FeAl<inf>0.5</inf>Si<inf>0.5</inf>/Pt multilayers with perpendicular magnetic anisotropy. The anomalous Hall effect of the Co<inf>2</inf>FeAl<inf>0.5</inf>Si<inf>0.5</inf>/Pt multilayers mainly originates from the side jump contribution, which is similar to that of conventional perpendicular Co/Pt multilayers but different from that of CoFeB/Pt ones. The thickness of the Pt layer has a strong influence on the scaling relationship between the anomalous Hall coefficient R_{\text{s}} and longitudinal resistivity \rho_{xx}. For t_{\text{Pt}} = 18 Å, the traditional scaling relationship is invalid, and a large exponent \nu\sim 2.8 has been observed by scaling analysis with R_{\text{s}}\propto\rho_{xx}^{\nu} due to spin-dependent interface scattering.
