Spin wave resonance with an applied electric field has been used to investigate the magnetoelectric (ME) effect in a Co<inf>2</inf>FeAl<inf>0.5</inf>Si<inf>0.5</inf>/Pb(Mg<inf>1/3</inf>Nb<inf>2/3</inf>)<inf>0.7</inf>Ti<inf>0.3</inf>O<inf>3</inf>multiferroic heterostructure. The surface spin wave resonance peaks disappear along with the destruction of the initial spin orientation by the switch of ferroelectric domains. Meanwhile, the degree of symmetry for the uniform ferromagnetic resonance mode can also be modulated by the E field. These results are interpreted in terms of the voltage-driven spin reorientation.
