We have studied the magnetoresistance (MR) of high-quality Fe<inf>3</inf>O<inf>4</inf>thin films across the Verwey transition temperature (T_{\text{V}}). Different from unsaturated MR observed in many other Fe<inf>3</inf>O<inf>4</inf>films, MR of the present film at a high magnetic field is almost independent of the field, consistent with the fully saturated magnetization. The MR at low field strongly depends on temperature and orientation around T_{\text{V}}: While out-of-plane MR sharply decreases from {\sim}{+7} to {\sim}{-5}%, in-plane MR abruptly increases from {\sim}{-6} to {\sim}{+3}% on cooling across T_{\text{V}}.
