In this paper, we describe the method of moving the focus of a phase-conjugate wave in shallow water in the direction of depth. The phase relations of sound rays that connect a sound source to a reception point are clarified. The phase relations are applied to the depth movement of the focus of a phase-conjugate wave. That is, the signal that enters into the array element is radiated from another element. It is concluded that the focus moves in proportion to the number of elements shifting.
