In this work, we synthesize a series of perovskite manganites Nd1-xSrxMnO3 ($x = 0.2$, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, and 0.6) in the form of nanoparticles by the sol–gel method. Their average particle size is estimated to be about 39 nm. Electron spin resonance (ESR) and temperature-dependent magnetization $M(T)$ measurements are performed to investigate their magnetic properties. Their $M(T)$ curves are roughly consistent with that of bulk samples, but with a small difference in ferromagnetic transition temperature. However, ESR results show that the low-temperature magnetic structures of all the measured nanoparticle samples consist of multiphases.
