There are many types of night vision enhancement systems. They have two types of infrared images, which are provided to drivers in order to inform the less-visible pedestrian; a NIR (near-infrared) image and a FIR (far-infrared) image. In addition, some systems have functions to detect pedestrians and to inform the collision risk. In the present paper, driving simulator experiments equipped with a pseudo infrared image and pedestrian detection functions are performed to verify the influence of different driving support information on driving behavior.
