A case of Roger type ventricular septal defect complicated by bilateral pheochromocytoma was experienced. The patient was 16-year-old male. He was admitted with chief complaints of headache, palpitation, pyrexia and hypertension. He had complications of perspiration abnormality and diabetes mellitus. ECG revealed sinus tachycardia, left ventricular hypertrophy and marked ST-T abnormality. Bilateral tumors were detected by abdominal echography, abdominal CT, and 131I-MIBG. High catecholamine level were detected in both serum and urine. Diagnosis of pheochromocytoma was made. After removal of the tumor with laparotomy, subjective symptoms disappeared, high serum catecholamine values improved, and ECG findings also improved.
