• Instillation of 5% solution of ABOB yielded favourable results in 61 cases of epidemic keratoconjunctivitis. This solution was used every one hour during daytime and every 2 hours at night.The duration of treatment was 5.2 days on average.The incidence of complicating keratitis was 19.2%. No irritation or side effect was seen.The sooner we used this solution, the better result we got.
