Pneumonitis (or fibrosing alveolitis), which is occasionally associated with rheumatic diseases, is important because it is difficult to treat and has a poor prognosis.We report a 17-year-old female patient who had severe pneumonitis due to adult-onset Still's disease, who was successfully treated by methylprednisolonone pulse therapy.
