In this example, cytological and histopathological features of the malignant Brenner tumor are studied.<BR>By detailed analysis of this tumor, the suggestion of histogenesis is made, that is, it originates from the transitional cell like epithelium.<BR>Cytological examination of imprint samples reveals this tumor's cells are composed as follows; squamous cancer cells, columnar cells, spindle shaped and pleomorphic cells in sheets and formy cell-like cells.<BR>Histological examination presents a benign Brenner tumor concomitant with proliferative form and squamous cell carcinoma.
