With the objective of controlling the quality of health check-up in our Health Check-up Center, we restructured health check-up operations based on the implementation of hazard analysis critical control point (HACCP) processes. Through the processes, we were able to identify the human errors in our health check-up operations. In addition, we analyzed the errors and proposed a corrective plan. As a result, we were able to introduce the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle into our routine work. (Ningen Dock 2011; 25: 61-67)
