The infrared spectra of three bending fundamentals (ν5, ν6, and ν7) of gaseous cyanoacetylene and cyanoacetylene-<I>d</I> have been measured and their integrated absorption coefficients <I>A</I>(νi) have been determined. The spectral pattern of ν5 fundamental region in HCCCN has been interpreted by assuming the Fermi resonance between <I>v</I>5=1 and <I>v</I>7=3 states. On the basis of the experimental intensity data and the normal coordinate treatment, the dipole-moment derivatives with respect to the internal bending coordinates have been calculated.
