The microwave spectrum of methyltrichlorosilane has been re-examined in order to determine the precise molecular structure by observing the spectra due to the isotopic species. The previously reported value of the nuclear quadrupole coupling constant of trichlorosilane has been corrected by the reinvestigation of the hyperfine structure.
