概要

• Basic research to prepare a combined retrieval system based on three different sets of spectrometric data, infrared, mass, and <SUP>1</SUP>H NMR, for terpenes and related compounds is described. The system may be used either for searching all three types of spectra, for two, or for one only. The results of 112 test searches are presented. The combined method is proved to be a good tool for the identification of such compounds, especially those in a structurally close relationship.
