We have recently encountered three cases of Smith's fracture. All of cases were male, 19, 25, and 43 years old respectively. Two cases sustained motor bicyele accidents and one case fell upon the flexed wrist. According to Thomas's classification of this fracture, two of these cases were type 2 and one was type 1.Two cases were carried out operatively by plate fixation. One was fixed conservatively during six weeks. All of them obtained excellent results both radiologically and functionally.
