Traumatic spondylolisthesis of the axis.Clinical findings…i) neuralgia of the right greater and lesser occipital nerves ii) paresthesia and tenderness of the left arm.X-ray findings…i) fracture between superior and inferior articular process of the axis ii) large gap between the fragmets iii) dislocation of the axis.Treatment…C2-3 anterior spondylodesis.
