This case is a boy aged thirteen years, who sustained a slight injury to his left elbow while playing soft ball game. He visited our hospital with a complaint of his left elbow pain.Radiographs showed a picture often described as characteristic of congenital dislocation of the radial head. As a result of clinical and X-ray examinations this case was diagnosed as the congenital anterolateral dislocation of the radial head. The radial head was removed and the ulnar nerve was translocated anteriorly with satisfactory results.
