A male of aged 9 was admitted our clinic with complaint of his feet deformity.Clinically, he was seen hypertelorism, low set ear, low hair line, antimongoloid, small mandible, high arched palate, webbed neck, funnel chest, cubitus valgus, round back and bilateral cavus feet.X-ray examination showed kyphoscoliosis, vertebral fusion, spondylolisthesis and spiny bifida occulta. His sex-chromosomes was XY type. The dermatography showed simian crease, and sometimes it was seen in Turner syndrome. We diagnosed Noonan syndrome and performed Japes-V-osteotomy puroposed to correct feet deformity.
