We have examined seven cases of dibetic osteopathy in order to establish radiographic classification.Among eight feet in seven cases we have found neuroarthropathy in five feet, cortical defect in three feet, and diffuse bone atrophy in one foot (One foot sufferd from both neuroarthropathy and cortical defect). Skeletal changes in diabetic foot cause callosity and ulcer easily. In the case of associated soft tissue infection, diabetic osteopathy is impossible to differentiate from osteomyelitis.
