• The traumatic pure lateral dislocation of the elbow joint is extremely rare. Recently we have experienced a case of this dislocation.The patient was a 26-year-old man who was treated with closed reduction and plaster cast for 3 weeks. Clinical result was favourable at 1 year after injury.
