Two cases of giant cell tumor of tendon sheath of the toe are reported in this paper. The first is a 37-year-old male and the second is a 16-year-old female. The site of the lesion is the right second and the left third toe, respectively. On radiographic examination bony changes were apparent in the form of several discrete intraosseous cystic lesions with sclerotic margins. Both cases were treated with excision of the tumor, and consequently, the former was curetted, and the latter was curetted and bone chips were grafted in the intraosseous lesion. The histolgical diagnosis was made by microscopic examination.Giant cell tumor of tendon sheath usually occurs in the finger and the bony involvement such as erosion of the cortex is slight in most cases. The two cases reported here are relatively rare and interesting in terms of these points.
